One Year

I can remember Dallin's birth like it was last month, but believe it or not it's been a year!

To celebrate, we got together with family at Organ Stop Pizza for dinner, and enjoyed some cupcakes.

Kevin requested a sports themed cupcake to combat the girl's princess barbie cake a week earlier. Dallin seemed to enjoy the music and loved his first cupcake. 

The latest and greatest with Dallin

Continues to  be a very busy and active little guy.

Took his first step the night before his birthday, and is up to about 5 steps at this point.

Is a picky eater at the moment, but loves every kind of fruit pretty much along with green beans and sweet potatoes.

 Isn't a fan of cows milk or cups yet and prefers nursing.

Will only nurse in a dark quiet room which had me feeding him in the janitor's closet at church a few Sunday's ago.

 Has three teeth on top and three on the bottom, with more coming in.

 Loves pulling things out of baskets or off of shelves.

Likes to be involved in everything.

Enjoys unrolling the toilet paper in the bathroom.

  Loves baths and heads for the bathroom if he hears the water going.

Slept through his early AM feeding once on his own, and we are trying to help him continue!

 Can say "dat" aka dad, and we are working on sign language.

 Is very vocal and will let you know if you have offended him.

 Likes crawling around outside and trying to eat the gravel.

Will do anything that will produce noises, like hitting a spoon on the floor or pulling his sister's hair.

Loves to be tickled and put upside down.

Is fascinated by other babies and small children.

Takes two naps on some days, but lately it's been one nap.

Enjoys playing with his sisters and their toys, including barbies and princess figurines.

Is a mommas boy.
